Responsibilities
- Oversee all weekend hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes with exceptional service standards
- Handle escalated guest concerns and ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate room assignments and inventory management
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and post-shift reporting
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Maintain compliance with brand standards and local regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel or hospitality supervisory experience
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm shifts)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, Fidelio, etc.)
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Valid Illinois driver's license (for property management duties)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability during peak holiday periods
