Responsibilities
- Manage daily front desk operations during weekend shifts
- Supervise 5-7 staff members including concierge and housekeeping teams
- Handle VIP guest check-ins and special requests
- Resolve escalated guest issues with empathy and efficiency
- Oversee weekend inventory management and supply logistics
- Coordinate with security team for weekend safety protocols
- Prepare shift reports and performance analytics for management review
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel supervisory experience
- Valid Arizona Food Handler's certification
- Proficiency in Opera property management system
- Exceptional conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible weekend availability (Friday-Sunday)
- Basic knowledge of Mesa tourism attractions
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
