Responsibilities
- Oversee all weekend front desk operations and staff scheduling
- Handle VIP guest check-ins and resolve escalated service issues
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams
- Implement weekend occupancy strategies and upsell premium services
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and performance coaching
- Ensure compliance with brand safety and hygiene standards
- Manage weekend incident reports and emergency protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel supervisory experience preferred
- Proven weekend shift management in high-volume properties
- Advanced knowledge of Opera/PMS systems
- TN state food handler certification (or ability to obtain)
- Exceptional conflict resolution and leadership skills
- Flexible availability including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
