Responsibilities
- Supervise front desk operations, check-in/check-out procedures, and housekeeping coordination during weekend shifts.
- Resolve guest complaints and inquiries promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Train and mentor staff on service standards, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
- Manage cash handling and daily financial reports with accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to address any facility issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel management, front desk, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as required.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
