Responsibilities
- Manage weekend front desk operations including check-in/check-out processes
- Oversee housekeeping and maintenance teams during peak weekend shifts
- Resolve guest inquiries and service escalations promptly
- Coordinate with departments (F&B, Events) for seamless weekend operations
- Monitor staffing levels and adjust schedules based on occupancy
- Conduct quality assurance walkthroughs of public areas
- Train weekend staff on service standards and emergency protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel/hospitality shift management experience
- Proven ability to lead teams during high-volume periods
- Strong conflict resolution and customer service skills
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Fri/Sat/Sun) and holidays
- Knowledge of hotel property management systems (Opera/PMS)
- Valid Oregon Food Handler's certification preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hour shifts)
- Basic first aid/CPR certification required
