Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments for weekend guests.
- Process payments accurately and resolve guest inquiries or complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Maintain a high standard of visual appearance for the lobby and common areas during peak weekend hours.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
- Utilize hotel management software (PMS) to update guest profiles and manage reservations.
- Assist with luggage handling and valet services to ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday through Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel PMS systems (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
