Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-ins/checkouts using PMS systems
- Address guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Monitor lobby areas to ensure premium presentation standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Execute weekend event setups and break-downs
- Uphold all brand safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Weekend availability (Fri-Sun) with flexible scheduling
- Proficient in basic computer operations and reservation systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Texas Food Handler certification a plus
