Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently while verifying payment and reservation details.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Assist guests with luggage, directions, and any special requests to ensure a memorable stay.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns with a smile and a focus on retention.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality, customer service, or retail preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software is a plus.
- A friendly, professional demeanor with a 'can-do' attitude.
