Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk service including check-ins, check-outs, and guest assistance
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests efficiently
- Ensure impeccable housekeeping standards across guest rooms and common areas
- Coordinate with maintenance and security teams for seamless operations
- Process payments, manage cash registers, and reconcile daily transactions
- Respond to guest inquiries with professionalism and local knowledge
- Maintain strict confidentiality of guest information and hotel operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible weekend availability (Fri/Sat/Sun shifts)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy and POS system knowledge
- Customer service mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Valid Maryland driver's license (if driving duties required)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
