Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during weekend check-ins/check-outs
- Manage room reservations and guest inquiries via phone/digital channels
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with solution-oriented approaches
- Maintain pristine front desk and common area standards
- Assist with valet services and luggage handling as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Weekend availability (Fri-Sun) required
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, PMS)
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Texas Food Handler or ServSafe certification preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid driver's license for valet positions
