Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage phone calls, emails, and reservations with a focus on accuracy and professionalism.
- Housekeeping Coordination: Assist in maintaining high cleanliness standards across public areas and guest rooms.
- Event Support: Provide support for weekend conferences and private events, ensuring all guest needs are met.
- Problem Solving: Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the front desk, housekeeping, and culinary teams to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hotel hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (Weekend Shifts).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Professionalism: A polished appearance and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime during peak seasons.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
