Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at front desk, concierge, and housekeeping stations
- Manage check-in/check-out processes using hotel management systems
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Maintain pristine room standards and public area cleanliness
- Coordinate with maintenance and security teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and accurately manage cash handling procedures
- Execute daily room status audits and report discrepancies
- Participate in weekend inventory and supply management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible weekends and holidays
- Proficient in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Texas Food Handler certification (or obtainable within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic math and cash handling accuracy
- High school diploma or equivalent required
