- Provide exceptional guest service at front desk, concierge, and housekeeping stations
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures with precision and warmth
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain pristine room standards and public areas
- Coordinate with dining and event teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and manage cash handling accurately
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience required
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun) is mandatory
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations
- Valid California Food Handler Card preferred
- Proficiency with hotel management systems
- Attention to detail and cleanliness standards
- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
