Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service across front desk, concierge, and valet operations
- Manage check-in/check-out processes with precision and warmth
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest requests
- Execute The Peabody Duck March ceremony duties (when scheduled)
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Upsell hotel amenities, dining, and local experiences
- Respond to emergencies and safety protocols per hotel standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or luxury hospitality experience
- Flexible weekend availability (Friday-Sunday shifts)
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Tennessee Alcohol Beverage Commission certification (if serving alcohol)
- Basic knowledge of Memphis attractions and events
- Proficiency in Opera PMS property management system
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (for valet positions)
