Responsibilities
- Deep clean residential units including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Change linens, make beds, and organize personal items with precision
- Polish fixtures, dust surfaces, and vacuum/mop all floor types
- Restock amenities (toiletries, linens, cleaning supplies)
- Report maintenance issues and uphold security protocols
- Manage inventory and cleaning equipment efficiently
- Adapt to client preferences and special requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience
- Valid US work authorization and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours and lift 25+ lbs
- Attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
- Strong time management and self-direction abilities
- Professional demeanor and discretion with client property
- Flexible availability (Saturdays/Sundays 8AM-6PM)
- Cleaning certification preferred (not required)
