Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to strict quality standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) to ensure a fully stocked room.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Organize and store cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently after use.
- Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move rapidly for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation and a history of punctual attendance.
- Physical stamina to lift and carry heavy laundry and cleaning equipment (up to 25 lbs).
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
