Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and common areas, ensuring a spotless environment.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities to exact hotel standards.
- Empty trash cans and replace liners throughout the facility.
- Mop and vacuum floors, dust furniture, and sanitize bathrooms and kitchens.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages immediately to the supervisor.
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines and company policies strictly.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with clients and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a high commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong focus on time management.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Basic English communication skills.
