Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including stripping beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, and linens to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain common areas, hallways, and laundry facilities to the highest cleanliness standards.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues, damages, or missing items, and report them immediately to the Housekeeping Manager.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation protocols and company policies.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or janitorial services is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
