Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and common areas to brand standards
- Change linens, restock amenities, and maintain inventory of supplies
- Inspect and report maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately
- Adhere to strict sanitation protocols and eco-friendly cleaning practices
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless turnover between guests
- Deliver exceptional guest service with a warm, professional demeanor
- Complete daily cleaning logs and quality assurance checklists
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 2 PM)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
