Responsibilities
- Guest Room Sanitation: Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to ensure a pristine environment.
- Luxury Amenities: Ensure all linens are crisp, beds are made to perfection, and amenities are fully stocked.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections of assigned rooms before checkout to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and promptly report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the engineering department.
- Lost & Found: Handle lost and found items with discretion and follow protocol.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or janitorial services is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for spotting dirt, dust, and small imperfections.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
