Responsibilities
- Maintain and clean guest rooms, suites, and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and sanitize bathrooms and kitchenettes thoroughly.
- Replace linens, restock amenities, and ensure all supplies are available for the next guest.
- Respond promptly to special requests and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for residents and guests.
- Follow strict safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a healthy environment.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the management team immediately.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Physically capable of standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a pride in a job well done.
- Reliable transportation to the Philadelphia location.
- Excellent time management skills.
