Responsibilities
- Perform thorough and meticulous cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and public areas to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Restock amenities, linens, and toiletries to ensure a welcoming experience for all guests.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards and report them immediately to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized housekeeping cart and storage areas at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and chemical handling procedures.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests and responding to special requests promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy objects (up to 30 lbs) for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Valid ID and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
