Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all guest rooms and public areas to the highest standard.
- Prepare and maintain guest rooms ensuring linens are crisp, amenities are replenished, and the environment is welcoming for our guests.
- Deep clean common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms to maintain a pristine atmosphere throughout the property.
- Restock supplies efficiently, ensuring that all cleaning carts and amenities are fully equipped for the shift.
- Report maintenance issues promptly to the engineering or management team to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols set forth by state and local health regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates ready to learn.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) as required by business needs.
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to excellence in cleanliness.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Reliable transportation and a valid ID.
