Responsibilities
- Process guest check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for arrival.
- Assist with concierge services and local recommendations for dining and entertainment.
- Monitor and maintain the lobby area to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Property Management Systems.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings and late nights.
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
