Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and concierge services.
- Manage and resolve guest complaints and inquiries with a focus on exceeding expectations.
- Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, safety regulations, and brand standards.
- Supervise and train staff during peak weekend hours to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Handle cash handling, credit card transactions, and daily reconciliation accurately.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the lobby and public areas.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and housekeeping departments to address guest needs promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Hospitality or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in hotel front desk or guest services is required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and rotating shifts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
