As a Weekend Shift Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and memorable stay from Friday through Sunday.
Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Guest Services: Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, answer inquiries regarding hotel amenities, and resolve any issues promptly.
- Reception Support: Manage the front desk operations during peak weekend hours, including answering phones and processing payments.
- Area Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, lounge areas, and public spaces throughout the weekend shifts.
- Breakfast Service: Assist with the set-up and service of the complimentary weekend breakfast buffet, ensuring food quality and presentation standards.
- Communication: Relay important messages to staff members and ensure clear communication between departments.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or hotel reception is preferred but not strictly required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Professionalism: Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Adaptability: Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities during busy periods.
