Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations during weekend shifts to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to maintain high standards of cleanliness and facility upkeep.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests with empathy and efficiency.
- Oversee staff scheduling, breaks, and performance during the shift.
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures across the hotel premises.
- Monitor inventory levels for room supplies and report shortages.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality or hotel operations.
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office applications.
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
