What You Will Do:
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in guest rooms, suites, and public areas.
- Ensure all amenities are stocked and rooms are welcoming and well-presented.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to management.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hotel policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient daily operations.

Responsibilities
- Meticulous Cleaning: Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and common areas to ensure a spotless appearance.
- Amenity Management: Stock rooms with fresh linens, toiletries, and amenities, ensuring all guest requests are met promptly.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct detailed inspections of assigned areas to identify and rectify any cleanliness deficiencies.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report any damaged furniture, fixtures, or equipment to the engineering or maintenance department.
- Guest Interaction: Interact professionally with guests and fellow staff members to maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
- Efficiency: Manage time effectively to complete all assigned rooms within the allotted timeframe.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: A strong commitment to cleanliness and the ability to follow detailed checklists.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Basic English language skills for effective communication with guests and management.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time employment.
