Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage operations
- Maintain immaculate guest rooms and public areas exceeding industry standards
- Process check-ins/check-outs efficiently using hotel management systems
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and brand service standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends/holidays
- Basic computer literacy and POS system familiarity
- Valid KY state driver's license (if driving required)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
