Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport guest luggage between vehicles and rooms
- Provide personalized recommendations for local attractions and dining
- Assist with valet parking services during peak hours
- Maintain pristine lobby and bell desk areas
- Respond promptly to guest requests via phone/in-person
- Collaborate with concierge and front desk teams
- Safely handle valuable items and oversized luggage
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Outstanding customer service demeanor
- Valid work authorization in the US
- Flexible availability (weekends/holidays required)
- Basic knowledge of Los Angeles geography
- Professional appearance and communication skills
