Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport guest luggage to/from rooms using hotel carts
- Provide warm welcomes and assist with vehicle parking
- Deliver exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries
- Coordinate with valet and front desk teams for seamless operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby/bell desk areas
- Assist with special event setups and guest transportation needs
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license preferred
- Professional appearance and friendly demeanor
- Ability to work weekends/holidays as needed
- Previous hospitality experience a plus
- Basic knowledge of Tulsa area attractions
