Responsibilities
- Room Attendant / Housekeeping: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to meet our high standards of cleanliness.
- Lobby Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the hotel lobby, reception areas, and public spaces throughout your shift.
- Laundry Services: Sort, wash, fold, and press linens and guest amenities as required.
- Supply Management: Monitor and restock housekeeping carts and room supplies to ensure efficiency.
- Guest Support: Assist guests with inquiries, luggage handling, or special requests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Shift Work Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and shift schedules, including nights and weekends, as required by business needs.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong commitment to cleanliness and high-quality service standards.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to pass a background check.
