Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails with a friendly, professional voice.
- Manage room reservations and handle walk-in requests with accuracy.
- Resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly.
- Process payments and handle cash reconciliation at the end of each shift.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure room readiness.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or customer service is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reservation software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- High school diploma or GED required.
