As a Front Desk Agent, you are the heartbeat of our operations. You will manage the check-in and check-out process, ensuring our guests feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive. Responsibilities
- Manage efficient and friendly check-in and check-out procedures for all guests.
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person promptly and professionally.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and ensure accurate daily reconciliation.
- Process reservations and updates using Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the front desk and lobby area.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Assist with luggage handling and transportation coordination when needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software is a plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are highly valued in the El Paso community.
- Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
- A professional, approachable, and service-oriented demeanor.
