Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport guest luggage to/from rooms and assist with check-in/check-out processes
- Provide personalized recommendations for local attractions, dining, and transportation
- Maintain pristine luggage storage areas and manage inventory of guest supplies
- Collaborate with valet, concierge, and housekeeping teams for seamless service delivery
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and escalate complex issues to management
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Uphold brand standards through consistent attention to detail
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Exceptional customer service mindset and strong communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid Texas driver’s license with clean driving record (for valet duties)
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Professional appearance and polished interpersonal demeanor
- Basic computer literacy for using property management systems
- Team-oriented attitude with willingness to cross-train in other departments
