Responsibilities
- Safely transport guest luggage to/from rooms using hotel carts
- Provide exceptional customer service during check-in/check-out processes
- Assist with valet parking and vehicle management
- Deliver items (room service, packages, messages) promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby and bell desk areas
- Collaborate with concierge team for guest requests
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and legally eligible to work in the US
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude
- Reliable transportation to work on time
- Basic knowledge of Philadelphia landmarks (preferred)
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Valid driver's license (for valet duties)
