Responsibilities
- Safely transport guest luggage to/from rooms using hotel carts and equipment
- Provide courteous assistance with hotel amenities, dining recommendations, and local attractions
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of lobby, entrance areas, and bell desk
- Coordinate with valet and concierge teams for seamless guest services
- Assist with special event setups and VIP guest arrivals
- Follow all safety protocols for handling luggage and operating equipment
- Document guest requests and maintain accurate service logs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0-2 years of hospitality/customer service experience preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Basic knowledge of Dallas landmarks and transportation
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
