Responsibilities
- Safely transport guest luggage using hotel carts and equipment
- Provide warm, professional greeting and assistance to arriving guests
- Deliver room service orders and amenities to guest rooms
- Assist with valet parking and vehicle retrieval as needed
- Maintain luggage storage areas and tracking systems
- Communicate effectively with front desk and housekeeping teams
- Uphold strict safety and cleanliness standards
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Outstanding customer service attitude
- Basic knowledge of Austin geography preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Valid Texas driver's license (if driving required)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
