Responsibilities
- Safely transport guest luggage to/from rooms using hotel carts
- Provide warm, personalized greetings and assistance to arriving guests
- Execute valet parking services for guest vehicles
- Assist with room deliveries (amenities, packages, dining)
- Maintain pristine appearance of hotel entrances and lobbies
- Coordinate with concierge and front desk teams for seamless service
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Outstanding customer service attitude
- Reliable transportation to work location
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic smartphone proficiency for communication
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
