Responsibilities
- Safely transport guest luggage to/from rooms using service carts
- Provide exceptional customer service during arrivals, departures, and throughout guest stays
- Assist with valet parking, room deliveries, and special guest requests
- Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, entrances, and public areas
- Collaborate with front desk, concierge, and housekeeping teams
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally
- Adhere to all safety protocols and property standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome)
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Punctuality and reliability with flexible availability
- Basic knowledge of San Diego landmarks and attractions
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new procedures
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required
