Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out service with warm professionalism
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries
- Handle guest complaints with empathy and resolve issues promptly
- Operate hotel management systems (Opera/PMS) efficiently
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with concierge services and local recommendations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality certification a plus)
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn PMS systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Florida driver's license (if required for errands)
