Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes using Opera PMS system
- Handle reservation modifications and optimize room occupancy rates
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with exceptional service recovery
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Execute upselling strategies for premium room categories and amenities
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel front desk experience in luxury properties
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Fluency in English; Spanish/Chinese highly beneficial
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
