Responsibilities
- Check guests in/out efficiently using hotel management systems
- Manage reservations and handle payment transactions
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance teams
- Process mail/package deliveries
- Maintain accurate guest records
- Act as local tourism ambassador
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency

- Flexible availability (weekends/holidays)
