Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all hotel guests via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management systems
- Process payments and resolve billing inquiries with accuracy
- Coordinate room assignments and guest requests with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Act as primary point of contact for guest concerns and emergency situations
- Maintain detailed guest records and reservation information
- Uphold brand standards through professional appearance and communication
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn hotel software
