Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures for hotel guests using Opera PMS
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and coordinate with housekeeping/bell staff
- Process payments, manage cash drawers, and maintain accurate billing records
- Upsell hotel amenities, dining packages, and local attractions
- Monitor room availability and maintain reservation systems
- Assist with luggage handling and valet services
- Collaborate with concierge team to enhance guest experiences
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 0-2 years customer service experience with cash handling
- Proficient in reservation systems and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Valid Texas driver's license (if providing valet services)
