Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently while maintaining warm, professional demeanor
- Manage reservations and room assignments using PMS software
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Assist with valet services and guest transportation
- Uphold resort standards in cleanliness and safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Basic computer proficiency with willingness to learn new systems
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer focus
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Positive attitude and passion for service excellence
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Valid Colorado driver's license (for valet duties)
