Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional greeting to all guests, checking them in and out with efficiency and a smile.
- Reservation Management: Manage incoming calls and online reservations, ensuring accurate data entry and room availability.
- Guest Services: Respond to guest inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and hotel amenities promptly.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle cash transactions, process credit cards, and maintain accurate daily logs and reports.
- Shift Coordination: Adhere to strict shift schedules, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, ensuring coverage is maintained.
- Facility Maintenance: Monitor the front desk area and lobby, reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; hospitality certification is a plus.
- Experience: No prior experience required (Entry Level); however, customer service experience is highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong computer proficiency with MS Office Suite and property management systems (PMS).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate luggage or supplies.
