Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, checking them in efficiently using our property management system.
- Manage front desk operations including check-outs, wake-up calls, and handling guest inquiries via phone or email.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby area at all times.
- Process payments accurately and reconcile daily financial transactions.
- Assist guests with special requests, such as restaurant reservations or local transportation.
- Enforce hotel policies and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for all guests.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; previous hospitality experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., Opera, GuestWave).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards guest needs.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
