Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests warmly, creating a lasting first impression as they arrive.
- Check-In/Out: Process reservations and guest registrations efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Communication: Answer incoming calls promptly, manage email correspondence, and relay messages accurately.
- Lobby Management: Maintain a neat and organized reception area, ensuring high standards of cleanliness at all times.
- Problem Solving: Address guest inquiries and resolve minor issues with patience and professionalism.
- Revenue Management: Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required; a degree in Hospitality or related field is a plus.
- Experience: Previous front desk experience is not required; we provide full training for entry-level candidates.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.
- Technology: Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light luggage (up to 25 lbs).
