Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests, ensuring a positive first impression from check-in to check-out.
- Efficiently process reservations and registrations using hotel property management systems.
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, addressing inquiries regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and room service.
- Handle cash transactions and credit card payments with the highest level of accuracy and security.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, lobby, and public spaces.
- Resolve guest concerns and complaints with patience and empathy, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared to the highest standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality certification is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for our entry-level roles.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
